That’s a good idea. Some Clan ‘Mechs suck. How much does faction matter? A lot of people describe this as a team game, can you be on the same team with different factions? Practically, it doesn’t matter. There are three queues in MWO: PUG queue – for individual players only, regardless of their faction – the matchmaker creates two player teams. Both teams mix IS and Clan ‘Mechs. Luckily, you can change your faction every week or even sooner.
So one week you can be Davion, the next week Smoke Jaguar, etc. Iron Wolf on 18 March , As a Davion player you can’t pilot the Madcat. In those first two aforementioned gamemodes, there is no difference. You can be in Davion faction and use Clan ‘Mechs.
